About my Book

Call the Ships of Dar-es-Salaam (a book of modern lyrical writing featuring poetry & prose), is my first publication from YouWriteOnPublishing, London (UK) Paperback 205 pages, £7.99 ISBN: 978-1-907986-65-9. Was released in the UK on Dec 2010. Availability from The Book Depository England & US sites, both with free worldwide delivery. Also available from Tesco’s in Britain & the Customer-Service Desks at Waterstone’s, Foyles,  Blackwell’s, WH Smith and all other good bookstores in the UK. Available too, from Amazon Books US/UK and all of its accompanying international locations. A quick google search on the  title and author name will  turn up several international online listings, including Hong Kong, the States, India, Australia and New Zealand. Also stocked at the Books Upstairs bookshop on College Green, (opp. Trinity College), Dublin, Ireland.
2 pieces of contemporary poetry which I wrote, titled Hanging the Laundry & The Gossip, were selected for publication in the  anthology titled ‘Everyone’s sense of the world is invaluable’, by the Guardian UK.
